SHIPPING POLICY – IMPERIO MILANO

We currently ship all orders nationwide across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your city and courier operations.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is applied on all orders.
Free shipping is offered on orders above Rs. 5,000.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp for confirmation. Orders will only be dispatched after confirmation.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Delays
During sales, holidays, or due to weather/courier issues, delivery may take longer than expected. Imperio Milano is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Imperio Milano is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
